The title track sees Fraunhofer in fine form, meticulously arranged drum patterns converse in harmony with the elastic bass, and eccentric twists and turns. The transcending vocal sample makes this a well rounded trip. The remix from pioneer of the game Jay Tripwire & Radu sits comfortably as the A2. The dynamic pair make great use of the vocal and intertwine this into a more sinister journey, mysterious synths bubbling throughout.
On the B side is another original from Karl that goes by the name of “Motion”. An obscure acid energy surrounds the track from the get go, the immense driving force of the track is sure to hit the spot in clubs around the world. Thought provoking sounds from the Norwegian, stretching the mind of the dance floor to another place. “Castaldi” maintains the curious vibe but strips things back a bit, leading the charge with crisp pensive drums, mechanical beeps and bleeps combined with the otherworldly voices.
The Det Gode Selskab outfit continue to remain an integral cog in the Oslo scene as they set their grips on another year of events in off kilter locations, bringing together global artists and local heroes with the music at the heart of their brand.
